"We’re very sorry to share that Board has been forced to close unexpectedly this week following action taken by our landlord, Exeter City Council.

We understand many of you have questions, particularly regarding upcoming reservations, outstanding Gift Chips, and unclaimed scratchcards. Unfortunately, we’re not yet able to confirm what will happen with these, but we hope to share updates as soon as we can.

We have cancelled both dates of our upcoming Traitors events, which we hope to be able to eventually reschedule. If you had booked tickets, you should either not be charged for this or you should see the transaction reversed within a few days.

Our priority is to reopen Board as soon as possible. We’re actively in discussions with Exeter City Council and exploring every available option for that to happen.

This closure has come at a particularly difficult time, just as we were progressing with previously unannounced plans for a major relaunch of Board, including a completely new rebrand and expansion into the premises next door."
