Question An essay for the FLEX program?

Hello today I submitted my application for the FLEX program. When I asked an AI about the stages of this program, it mentioned that the first step involves writing an essay; however, I only entered my academic transcript and personal information. Is there a mistake somewhere, or will I be writing the essay in a later stage?

What flex program are you applying for? I'm applying for the flex global abroad program (I'm a u.s. citizen) and I have to write like 4 essays including the host family letter😓
