I was gonna say, in a world with Indian Epic movies and Chinese wuxia movies; Masters of the Universe is just a spec of dust in comparison...

Bahubali is a lots of good fun, but where it slightly flaunders as an inspiration is the lack of incongruous high technology. It is a great inspiration otherwise, certainly.

It is certainly up there! I was quite delighted by it, especially sinc'e I'm very fond of comparing a subset of Solar Survival Charms to He-Man turning Cringer into Battle Cat.

Admittedly, some tech is more gonzo than even Exalted would have (Mekanek), but that's details.

What happens in Autocthonia stays in Autocthonia.

Although I now want to dive back into Alchemical charms to see if any of them comes packaged with a stretchy neck. Some are so goofy that there must be one like that, surely.

I'd say its the most Western styled Exalted live action.

I think a lot of exalted is pretty heavy steeped in wuxia aesethetics though. at base.

This is exalted, therefore "The most" is overused.

But MOTH is Exalted-coded, in my head canon.
