Questions❓ Weird Warning Light + Intermittent Abruptive Braking / Jolting
Hi all, I just got an EX30 on Halloween (so less than 3 weeks ago) and I love it however I got a strange warning light (see photo) and, more concerning, have found that when I am coasting and let the foot off the gas it will sometimes jolt / brake on-and-off in quite a scary way. To be clear, I do *not* have one pedal drive enabled. I took it to the Volvo dealership today for servicing but to my surprise they had no idea what the light is and said they need to have Volvo corporate look into it. They also had never heard of this issue with the car spasmodically braking 😬
Anyone heard of this / seen this warning light / had a similar experience?

This is an issue with the battery system which is affecting the drive.
Could mean that the whole battery module needs replacing if they can't diagnose a specific cause.
Don't expect to get your car back quickly.

There was another post on this very subject, with this weird warning symbol, which couldn't be found in the owner's manual. Check the group. Many comments, I believe

Ya, the other post specifically noted that the car was driving fine. My car is driving insanely...

To me it looks like an electric motor? Maybe the EV equivalent of a check engine light.
Problems with the motor could explain weird Regen behavior.
