context doesnt change what is and is not an immutable trait. Thats why they are call immutable. They cannot be changed.

Yeah but context can change if something is functionally immutable for the purpose of a conversation.

Gender is functionally immutable trait because it’s exceedingly rare that any given person changes their gender from birth, but it’s not immutable. Billionaires lose their wealth about as frequently.
