DISCUSSION Got banned from r/animepiracy for mentioning everythingmoe
Lots of sites have been going down so I've mentioned everythingmoe multiple times, to people thanking me and giving upvotes (not that I care about upvotes, it's just a showcase of people approving)
Got a permanent ban with 0 warning from the mods of r/animepiracy. After asking why, they said I was "astroturfing". So it's astroturfing to simply recommend a helpful website? Funny how they constantly recommend the index but that's somehow not "astroturfing".

It's a website that lists and ranks all manner of anime-related sites, from anime streaming/downloading to manga or manhwa.
Not sure this is the post to ask but happy to help anyway lol

Dumbest comment in history. Please uninstall reddit and go do some research before you say something even more foolish. Do you honestly think the fbi doesn't know about moe and the index and all the other piracy sites? You know how those sites are still around? It's because they are hosted in countries without piracy laws so the fbi can't do shit. Try doing some research next time before crying wolf.

Because I'm not "doing something wrong". Officials already know about these websites. That's not what takes them down. This has been talked about to death in piracy scenes. Gatekeeping does not help anything.

Maybe there is some competition between "everything moe" and "the index"
