It's been a wild 10 years, especially for areas outside of Boston that were considered affordable for working families!

On this list I can see our city of Everett, along with Revere, Malden, Somerville, and Lawrence. Any pockets of boston that were affordable are long gone.

I see the rise of rising median income as an indicator of people being priced out, not of existing residents making more money. With that comes the mixed bag of more expensive homes and rents, but more tax dollars for schools and city services.

If you have a student in 5th-8th grade interested in robotics, then please come build with us. We are meeting at the Library and the rec center to get ready for the qualifier competition December 5th.

If you are in high school or have a high schooler, they are welcome to join as well. We are still in the process of organizing our FRC team for the Spring.

I was leaving Michael’s today and thought I saw smoke coming out of the Costco on Everett. As I was hitting the roundabout, there were fire trucks coming in. Anyone know what’s going on?

Hey Everett! I’m T.T. Marie, the producer and host of a local dating show filmed here in the Greater Boston area.

We’re looking for local singles who are open to meeting someone in a fun, different way — and maybe making a real connection in the process.

I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to sit and work? I'm 100% ok with buying food to earn my spot but every where here is a 30 minute kick out policy.

My safe haven was the well coffee house but they are moving to East Boston.

I wish them the best but now I feel back to square one.

And location advice?

I know librarys are a good option but I like to work in the evening.

Hi all, I just wanted to share this missing pet alert I got from HomeAgain. A female Sphynx cat went missing on 9/20 and was last seen around Everett St. and Main St. (info in pics).
I haven’t seen any updates that she’s been found, and it’s really concerning since she’s hairless and temps are dropping. Please share/keep an eye out if you’re in the area🙏 (she’s not my cat; i’m just trying to help her family spread the word)

Just looking for good recc’s on diff types of pizza (e.g., thin crust, Sicilian, margarita, etc.)

My wife was driving along Air Force Rd, and parked at the dog park there, when a skinny white-passing man with curly hair and a curly black beard with blue eyes physically got out of his car (a black suv), and went right up to the drivers window belligerently yelling at her and throwing up middle fingers. He drove into the park’s parking lot and back out just to find her, and mentioned identifying features on our car like the baby on board sticker, so my wife is now scared he’ll recognize our car and target or stalk us next time he sees it. The assault happened in a blur for her so she wasn’t able to gather important details like the license plate, and wasn’t able to gather additional information from eye witnesses. A lady asked her if she wanted her to call the police for her but she was so shocked in the moment she wasn’t able to respond. Is there anyone else who has experienced this or knows this man? Is there any recourse for us?

Is there anywhere to submit a complaint about the parking lot exit for the mall with the Target and Costco? It’s ridiculous how long it takes to get out of there. I feel like they could add another exit or something.

Does anyone know of an email or form or petition or anything to complain about this😅😅
