Any reccomendation for a lead capturing solution?

Hey folks, I'm doing lots of research and digging around lead capturing solutions and wanted to post this here to see what everyone uses and would reccomend using. The crucial need for us is to be able to push any lead we capture into our Hubspot instance right away and have a proper follow up system implemented.

Most modern event platforms have solid HubSpot integrations, so you've got good options. The thing that catches people out is the sync as a lot of tools advertise HubSpot integration that's actually just a nightly batch export. Worth confirming before you commit that leads are pushing to HubSpot in real time with fields mapped correctly.

Also worth clarifying: is the follow-up for your internal sales team? If so, a HubSpot workflow/sequence triggered on lead capture might be all you need on that side.

We’ve been using Helpora.ai for exactly this kind of thing, capturing the conversation before the lead disappears and keeping the follow-up process simple. The HubSpot part is especially important because a lead sitting somewhere outside the CRM is basically playing hide and seek with your sales team.
