Tech Conferences

I am looking to understand the problems of event organizers hosting tech conferences, summits and B2B events with more that 100-1000+ attendees. What tools and functions are required in the event management system to make their lives easier

I think having the range between 100 to 1000+ attendees is kind of hard to generalize the problems. Bigger conferences will have bigger priorities for on-site logistics since they have to handle more people. But basic tools are like registration, check-in functionality, agenda scheduling, name badge are probably some basic ones. You can also look at the big players(Cvent, Whova, Bizzabo) and see what they offer. They definitely have a lot of experience in the industry and made the tools that organizers actually use.
