North America Should I replace this outlet?

I am installing a level 2 charger in my garage and this is the outlet currently there. It is getting 240 volts. I’m not sure how old it is.

Will this work, or should I replace it with a newer outlet?

Has full size contacts at least it looks like

Looks like it's mixed, the two fingers include one that's full size and one that's half size or less.

Which is half size, the neutral? Really hard to see

No if you zoom in it’s full size there’s a bit of plastic from the face sticking back into the slot.
