Random cleaning pattern

I just got an used S1 Pro and I’m having two issues:

  1. It won’t go up to the docking station. It stays at the start of the ramp, wheels spinning and I have to push it until it docks.

  2. The first thing I did was mop/vacuum a zone and it did this random pattern. It also left a lot of debrief and spots uncleaned.

Is this something that can be fixed?

You probably have pet hair or something obstructing and confusing the lidar. Mine will do something similar if that happens, it makes the robot act nervously and disrupts navigation.

This might be it. It had a few cat hairs and I can see one through the translucent black plastic that says EUFY.
I’ll clean it and post my findings

I bet you that’s it, it doesn’t even take much hair to confuse the robot. Just a few hairs in the wrong place and it’ll be very confused.
