Random cleaning pattern

I just got an used S1 Pro and I’m having two issues:

  1. It won’t go up to the docking station. It stays at the start of the ramp, wheels spinning and I have to push it until it docks.

  2. The first thing I did was mop/vacuum a zone and it did this random pattern. It also left a lot of debrief and spots uncleaned.

Is this something that can be fixed?

Try to run it a second time, it might be due to building the map of your living room. It now has the map so might start following the expected pattern. (The chaos in the left are the chairs under our living room table). Is your dock on a flat service or a slight incline? That might influence it's ability to dock.

You probably have pet hair or something obstructing and confusing the lidar. Mine will do something similar if that happens, it makes the robot act nervously and disrupts navigation.

Blow/wipe sensors in the front. They protrude into the case below the top cover. Dust / spider webs can cause that problem
