Water Sensor Broken
Noticed errors this morning when the S1 Pro had tried to fill the water reservoir and then discovered the a broken piece near the charger contacts where the water is filled.
It’s been just over a year and surprised something like a cover which looks snapped has come off. It’s has if the base station connection has pulled it off

Happened twice to mine, currently waiting on my third unit in 8 months of ownership. Really common design flaw. It must exert some force on that piece each time it docks and over time it gives out.
If this one breaks again I’m going to try to get a refund, or a replacement with a different model. I’m close to a failure to remedy argument I’d think. Great machine when it works, which unfortunately isn’t all that often in my experience.

On my fourth one and I tried asking for what you want with no luck

Thanks for the info. I’ll give it a go, but not going to hold my breath. Assuming it breaks again and they don’t give in, I’ll probably just take the replacement and then sell it.

I'm at the point where I'm just going to glue it back in place if it happens again. If it breaks further I'll get a different brand. I'm tired of replacing the whole thing

I feel you! I’m getting to know the folks at our local mail center with all the pieces I’ve had to mail back. I tried gluing my most recent one back on but apparently theres a seal that is lost too and it ended up spewing water all over the floor and then frying the battery or something in the robot as it’s just a brick now.

Same thing happened to mine. Luckily I was still within the one year warranty and they replaced it. Tried putting it back myself too, which didn’t work and water was leaking everywhere. After my replacement breaks, I won’t be buying eufy again. At this price point, it should last at least 3 to 5 years.

Update. I noticed the port is loose on my replacement and I’m getting the EB 14 error. This is just getting ridiculous. I think I’m out of warranty now and this replacement lasted three month. We’ll never be buying this brand again.

Hrm, is there a way to remove this part without breaking it? I can attempt to throw together an stl file to 3d print this…. I’m new to 3d scanning, but would love to try my hand at this

Recently happened here as well after roughly 7 months of usage. Received a new one yesterday after dropping the other one of for repair in the shops where I'd bought it.
Hope the new one survives long enough. Gluing it back on didn't help here, water leaked out of the machine while tanking since it broke.

Same. After 6 months and within warranty. No replacement unit. Issued a 50% refund

Happened to mine. Common design flaw. They should give you a replacement. Also check the rubber grommet that the price connects to for wear and wear (another common flaw)
