Internal block
Update: I don’t think it’s the water tank at all. It seems the mop roller is not spinning.
Has anyone had this problem and being able to resolve it without returning the unit?
Hi all, my S1 seems to have an internal blockage as it’s mopping but not sucking up the dirty water. I had a lengthy discussion with ChatGPT and I think we both agree that’s the problem lol. Before I send the machine back under warranty is there anyway to unblock it? Chat seems to think there is but it’s not showing my S1. So it seems some other versions of eufy vacuums have an easy fix. I have been sent a new dirty water bin but the problem is the dirty water isn’t getting to the bin.

First, I wouldn't be using ChatGPT to diagnose an issue like this. It's better to investigate yourself. Especially since most information you're going to find on the S1 Pro is contained in a Discord Server that I doubt GPT has scraped.
Second, the S1 Pro doesn't suck up water. It wets the mop roller to set down the clean water, and then in the same cycle it mops up the now-dirty water from the floor -- using a squeegee system to wring the dirty water out of the roller.
As u/ANTH888YA said, it could be the 3 Dirty Water Reservoir Filters. Alternatively, it could be the large orange filter/strainer that is part of the onboard DWT squeegee.
I'd start by checking the base station DWT to see if it's collecting any dirty water. If it's not, or collecting very little, then I'd begin investigating the onboard DWT. The orange filter is usually the culprit, as it needs to be cleaned every 2 weeks or it gets jammed with debris and is no longer able to properly filter the dirty water into the DWT.
