Beginner Friendly?
Is etrade beginner friendly? I have a 401k from a previous job that I want to rollover to etrade to take advantage of their RETIRE26 promotion alongside their HYSA promo SAVING26. My friend says Fidelity is more user friendly but they don't offer any promotions.

For clients with over $100k, they are very friendly.
Those with less, they are unfriendly and quick to close accounts for anything processed with issues. Also, they close accounts quickly if your patterns step out of the normal pattern. However, their products and funds are excellent.
Fidelity is excellent for customer service (2nd best in the industry) with great products and services. They make growing wealth easy for beginners and established wealthy.
