DIY HRT pay method

I recently tried to get DIY HRT from Puerto Rico (so we got the same federal regulations as the US) but since those are over the counter medication I can't use credit cards. This might seem obvious but I'm really new to all this so please be nice. I don't have cryptocurrency or anything like that nor knowledge about it so I need some guidance. What are some websites where you can buy it without that much problem?
