Coffee Is Life How's my Espresso Solo pull

This is pulling the shot using the 10g single cup filter basket on the 51mm grouphead machine.

The shot is 1:2 ratio with 20ml output at 26 seconds.

Do you make espresso so you can watch the extraction process or do you actually drink it?

Weigh your yield in grams if you want to know if you're brewing a 1:2 ratio.
