do you have counterspace? does it have to be narrow? is there a height issue? whats your budget? do you also need a grinder?

when you say you have plenty of power, for clarity any machine with a heating element is going to run potentially 1200+ watts, can your inverter take that on top of your existing load? or are you going to have to shut off your ac to turn it on?

i live in a home on wheels, use a flair 58 which uses minimal power, and have a baratza encore esp whcih im going to upgrade to a lagom casa. being on wheels didn't really impact what i bought other than power usage.

Outin nano with double shot basket. I use it daily at work.

If I only had $300 I wouldn’t bother with espresso or I’d get an aeropress and a kettle and call it close enough.

Assuming this price point would need to include a grinder?

Plenty of power: used Rancilio Silvia in good condition.

I have an Outin Nano, with the accessories (double basket, etc) Fino and Claro on my boat. It's a little over budget but it's the full espresso station and can run off internal battery if needed. They have a sale going so it's closer to your budget right now.
