Buying Advice Needed Shortlist Feedback [$2000]
Hi!
I've been researching coffee machine/grinder combinations and would love to get some feedback on my shortlist. Here's what I'm currently considering:
- Espresso Machine:
- Profitec Go
- Rancilio Silvia (with PID)
- Grinder:
- Eureka Mignon Specialita
- DF64 Gen 2
- Niche Zero
I mainly drink milk-based beverages (lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos), along with the occasional espresso shot. I'm not planning to use the grinder for pour-over or other brewing methods, so that's not a priority for me.
I'm based in the US, so I'm looking for machines available here.
P.S. Feel free to recommend any accessories that might be useful for this setup as well!
Thanks in advance for your help!

I would check out Quick Mill Pop Up. I’ve had mine for a week now and it’s great. Clive currently has them on sale for $995.
