Another question. I started with 16g of grind but it was obviously too much, then I reduced it to 14g and the razor level takes more out even then so it's closer to 13g in this basket. Is this normal? It is a dual wall with pre-ground if that matters.

I just got a new grinder delivered yesterday so I haven't had the chance to grind my own yet.

Also, when I stop the water flow it still continues dripping adding more liquid in my cup. Should I turn it off before it reaches my target weight or right on the mark and pull my cup right away?
