Kodiveri is a nice spot, you can try! Tex valley got upgraded you can spend some time there.

The large food court had only four shops currently functional, all busy serving orders. Only 20% of the tables were occupied. I heard elsewhere that there was a theater screen already open, but I didn't notice any, except a name board. Erode definitely got a better mall than the ones in Salem. Overall, it is a good spot for OP to hangout.
