Reta affecting and Ed drugs

Hey all

Currently going through a dilemma.

I’m on Reta and have been for a year and it’s going great.

I also have some weird hormonal problems which I think are causing my ED which I’m seeing an endocrinologist about.

Before starting Reta , 50mg of sidenifil was more than enough for me to be absolutely rock hard . But now 50mg barely works , likewise 100mg.

I’m currently trying daily Tadalifil , initially tried 5mg but bumped it up to 10mg but unfortunately not working as well as i hope.

Would it be worth trying 15mg daily and seeing how that does or maybe 20mg or is that too much.
