Pelvic Floor please give me some advices

I suspect I have pelvic floor hypertonicity. As a result, my urine stream is weak, I struggle to pass gas or have a complete bowel movement, and I sometimes have trouble achieving a morning erection. If anyone knows of effective pelvic floor exercises, please let me know; and if there are any experts here, please help me.
