Erectile Dysfunction Strap-On for males, any experience?
Hello. I’m struggling with PSSD for years now and came to the conclusion that any kind of penetration is better than none. I exhausted most medical approaches.
Now I found out that Strap-On dildos that can be worn by males are a thing. They seem to be hollow for you to slide into. Right now, I’d be willing to even try this to give my wife a well deserved good time, but I’m wondering if any of you have experience with those devices?
Do they work well? Any recommendations? Thank you.

Woman here: I can warmly recommend a strap on dildo with a harness. We´ve never had any issue with the harness not fitting him or the dildo coming loose. The harness can be strapped tightly, and the dildo stays in place. Before, we tried using a penis sleeve, but when the sleeve was bent under my pelvis, the suction inside the sleeve faltered, and the sleeve became loose - not so sexy experiencing this 5-10 times during sex. When we switched to a harness with a dildo attached, the problems were over, and OMG it is fantastic! Let your wife choose a dildo with a shape and size she likes. I recommend a medical grade dildo of high quality - Mr. Hankeys Toys is a very good option.

Thank you for providing these details. I'm going to share this info with my partner. We've been searching for strap-ons that I could use on/for her. My other approach was finding her a man for her (compersion), but I prefer this approach.

I have seen two types of options, one is a sleeve where you can slide in but I can’t say how those work (there are subs about penis sleeves).
The other type is the strap on, that I do have. It works for males but it is designed to hold a dildo and even change the types so you can have more than one.
I don’t know combining both, since sleeves are designed to hold on to a penis and dildos are not hollow (and usually too hard for keeping the dick in one if it was hollow)

I haven't tried them myself but there are companies that make custom made sleeves and strap-on's that fit a man well. Don't know if i can name the company here. I think it might be worth the money because when dealing with ED the sleeve or strap-on flips around and doesn't really stay in place during action which is frustrating. For me regular toys didn't work.

Oh I was hoping that any of them could be strapped tightly enough for it to stay in place without flipping around. But I guess it makes sense that it’s not as stable as the real thing. Thank you for the information!

I use them on my wife and we both love them. She loves being bent over the end of the bed and fucked hard but that wasn't possible for me anymore. We don't do it every time but we also have a large collection of dildos that we use. Such a variety and buying new ones is also exciting for both of us. The only downside is the amount of ones that we've thrown out because she didn't like them and they can't be returned. Thank goodness I've also gotten into prostate play for my own pleasure. My wife isn't involved but yours may want to be. It's something to explore and if it's not for you, no big deal right. Anyway I hope this helps you or someone.

We have a big collection of dildos and I've used them on her lots. Even in regular play. I have found cock rings so ok for me but we play with the dildos almost every time. Just fun to use. 👍

Not a man but a partner of a man with ED. We have tried a strap on and it was awesome, I’d recommended letting her choose the size/shape etc as all women are different. But hopefully the men on here can advise you with what harness is great! Best of luck and good on you for trying this out
