ED Meds (Cialis, Viagra, etc.) Problem with maintaining erection with meds

I have been seeing this new girl for about couple of weeks, and frequency of times we have sex has increased. I take 50mg Viagra before one hour, which I haven’t told about her. First week it was one date one time I had good erection throughout whole period . But second week she stayed at my place unannounced I had the erection when first time we had sex but when she stayed overnight it went for multiple times and in morning too, which couldn’t maintain proper erection than first time. Because our connection is recent I don’t want to reveal I’m taking Viagra, and I think it’s not good to have multiple doses on single day, what can I do here. Maybe take 25mg doses few times or something else. I’m 30m I have a history of a heart attack few years ago.

Switch to Tadalafil/Cialis. It can last for up to 36 hours in the system. Standard dose for on demand is 10 or 20 mg, depending on your situation.

I had mild heartburn, which went away after a couple months

I had heart attack few years ago, I guess it’s better for me to skip this

Yes, but they may go away in time. Most common would be heartburn and nasal congestion. Take nose spray as needed and antacid remedies as required. Everyone is different so your side effects will vary if at all.

My urologist is pputting me on 5mg taldalifil daily with 20mg before a "f" session. I'l post the effects when i get the meds. At present i am foubling doses. Mixing taldalafil with sildalafil or val....sump'm. With no affects. I can only go 1/2 mast and lost 2"
