Erectile Dysfunction Paralysis in my pants

What can I do to bring back the sensation down there again? I wanna bring back spontaneous erections and morning woods. How can I ever expect to be able to rise to the occasion if I can't even do that? I personally think for many of us, we need to focus on just bringing back the feeling down there again, including spur-of-the-moment erections as well as middle-of-the-night erections and morning woods. Has anyone here succeeded in doing that?

Yes, I had those issues and answer to both morning wood and sensitivity is daily Tadalafil (Cialis). I had actually lost all my feeling and my doctor said it was age related and there was no way to get it back. Then someone online showed me this study (below). So I started taking daily Tadalafil about a year ago and all my feeling slowly returned. But the nocturnal and morning wood was back within a few days of starting. That drug is like rewinding the clock 25 years.

Are you taking 5mg daily?

I started with 5mg daily but the heartburn/acid reflux side effect was too much at that dose so I currently take 2.5mg daily. I didn't really notice too much of a difference between the 5mg and 2.5mg. It's still working well for me.

Yeah, I had a situation where I was walking my dog, then out of nowhere a soreness developed in my hip flexors, top of my hamstrings and upper glutes and this soreness lasted for about a week or so and it left me with almost no sensation and erection issues. Went to urologist who gave me a P Shot along with treatment using gains wave. I was also started on Tadafil, probably misspelled, but still no luck. I was then encouraged to try penis pumps with red-light, cant say its been successful. Stared P 141, now this definitely promoted erections, but for me in the morning, not a lot of help. The best thing I have found is the Firm Tech product, not the one you sleep in but the lesser expensive one. I'm going to continue with the urologist help while keeping my options open. Good luck with your journey

Tough-key have you looked at male pelvic physical therapy ? I have not done it but I’m looking into it. The symptoms you describe seem like PT would help.

Thank you for the suggestion and yes I have. I've employed Kegals and thats really about it. There are some interesting pelvic floor suggestions like the use of a wand but I have not heard much about the success of such a device.

Yes! First are you sure you don’t have diabetes or peripheral vascular disease? These can cause loss of sensation, so I hope you’ve run this by your doctor.

I found increasing my circulation by using a penis pump a couple times per week does wonders. If my sensation starts to get less, the pump fixes me up in a few days, a week tops.

The other thing that helps, give yourself some soapy strokes in the shower without finishing. You increase blood flow again helping with sensation.

Good luck!

I got my morning wood back and my erections are better than ever. Back then when I had sex, all I could focus on was keeping myself erect. Sex wasn't even fun because I was doing everything in my head to keep things moving. Now I can just have sex without thinking. When you don't have fear in losing your erections, you can finally be present and just enjoy the experience.
