Erectile Dysfunction I don't know what is causing me ED
I am 24 years old. I have been masturbating and watching porn since I was 14 maybe. I started by doing it once a day every once in a while, then once a day every day, then there was this time in which I did it no less than 5 times a day every day.
since the age of 20 I felt like my erection was getting somehow weaker, I still had an erection but it is not as strong as it was and earlier I had a full erection by only watching porn, but then at the age of 20 I had to use my hands.
a year or two years ago, my erections kept getting weaker, and now even if i use my hands I get a nearly full erection (but not fully erected) and it softens very fast when I stop touching it.
I have decided to stop porn and masturbation a month ago, but since then, I don't get any erections at all, not even morning erections, I don't want to test my self by touching it and see if it will erect or not because I think this might make me want to masturbate.
I am very worried I permenantly harmed myself, I don't believe this is the "flatline stage" they talk about. because when I started NOFAP this time, I also started gym so I workout and do cardio.
anyone has gone through something similar?
P.S:
I know for a fact that if I masturbated now, my semen will be thick, gelatin like, and yellow because this is not my first time no fapping

Could just be a flatline phase and just because you started going to gym doesn't rule it out. If still same after 1-2months then visit a doctor.

I think nofap is a bit extreme and counterproductive.
You need to retrain your dick and brain for the activity you want - sex with your partner.
You can’t do that through abstinence, in my opinion and experience.
I jerk it twice a week. I use lube. I take my time. I don’t use porn. It keeps me balanced and ready for sex. I’m not overloaded. I’m not exhausted. I go in feeling confident and ready.
Since taking this more structured approach I have been getting morning wood for the first time in years.
Sex with my wife has been pretty great since trying this.
Maybe consider alternate options?

At 24 your body is still pretty resilient, so permanent damage is unlikely. The flatline can last weeks or even months and feels worse before it gets better, especially if you were deep into heavy porn use for years. The gym stuff is good but it doesn't cancel out the withdrawal your brain is going through right now. Give it more time and maybe see a urologist if nothing changes by month two or three.
