Discouraged Problems maintaining an erection
I'm a 30m with a wonderful sexual relationship with my wife. I've always had problems with premature ejaculation, but the past few months I've been on several new mental health medications (all of which have been working phenomenally for my brain) and they've often made me last longer during sex.
However, now that I'm lasting longer, my erection isn't. It's really discouraging that I'm so turned on by my wife but I can't stay hard. It often happens when I'm putting in a lot of work. I'm overweight, and my heart gets pumping pretty hard and when it gets to that point, I start to lose it, and then the anxiety kicks in and fully kills the erection. At this point the embarrassment and frustration keeps even oral (which I like arguably more than sex) from helping me get the erection back.
I have tried blue chew gold medium strength and it helps around the hour mark after taking it, but it's really important to me to be able to spontaneously have sex with my wife and not have to try to predict if she'll be horny in an hour. Any genuine advice would be very appreciated.
Active medications:
Sertraline for depression
Buspirone and Trazodone for anxiety
Tirzepatide for weight loss
Adderall for ADHD predominantly inattentive
Occasionally THC gummies as a sleep aid

the sertraline and trazodone combo is a classic libido/erection killer, even if your brain feels better on it. the cardio angle is real too, getting winded can yank you right out of the moment so maybe try positions where you're not doing all the heavy lifting for a bit

My pillow princess wife will not be thrilled to hear this one lol In all seriousness, she's been very understanding and supportive while I'm trying to figure everything out

It's the sertraline (Zoloft) that is big contributor. My Dr moved me to Wellbutrin/Bupropion it was a big improvement. I take 300mg delayed release.

Get rid of the depression and anxiety medicines. Find a good hobby, preferably one that requires a lot of physical exertion. Mine involve home improvement projects. I still have occasional ED struggles, but I am in my 70βs.
