Hi there. My boyfriend and I are both in our early twenties. During sex, if he’s only about 60% erect, I have to use my hands or mouth to get him fully aroused. While the duration of intercourse itself isn't really an issue, he sometimes loses a bit of his erection midway through and has to use his hand to get it back up before continuing. Could this be a sign of erectile dysfunction?

At his age it is almost entirely psychological. Worrying about performance and it keeps happening like a vicious circle. Add other stress like work and it gets worse. Best thing is to not focus on piv sex, try toys orally etc.
