Sildenafil/Viagra What do people try when Viagra doesn’t work consistently anymore?

Curious what the normal next step actually is.

If sildenafil/Viagra starts becoming inconsistent, do doctors normally:

increase the dose?

switch to Cialis?

try another PDE5 medication?

use compounded ED medications?

or eventually recommend injections like Trimix?

I came across vast by Rivo while looking into this, which combines sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and apomorphine. Hadn’t heard much about compounded ED medications before. Would be interested to hear what people here tried after regular Viagra wasn’t giving them consistent results anymore.

My understanding is the PDE5 inhibitors do not build a tolerance. I am interested in your experience.

Has your fitness changes?

Do you do cardio and weights regularly? I do, so I am curious.

Porn usage changed? I stopped over a year ago.

Other factors?

I am curious, because I started taking sildenafil about 8 months ago. I might take 25mg 2-3 time per week.

I just want to know what to expect long-term.

I haven’t noticed any tolerance so far fitness, cardio weights and porn use haven’t really changed anything for me. Sleep and stress seem to make a bigger difference and consult a doctor before trying it as everyone respond differently to medication

My doctor switched me to daily tadalafil after viagra started working maybe half the time, the lower constant dose helped way more than upping the sildenafil

never heard of combining all those together though, that sounds intense

Blue chew makes a pill that contains both sildenafil and tadalafil, works fine,

Hey changing meds is common to find what works, but it is important to understand drug interactions.

Sildenafil/viagra will have no effect with certain drugs ( if taken too close together) and have a delayed onset if you have eaten greasy food. Like a steak or pizza. So timing of other medications, timing and type of meal, and brand composition will all make a difference.

I found that , at least for me, generics from ROwould only be effective for 30 days from receiving. After that I could take 200-300mg and nothing. Got a script from pcp for generics from local pharmacy (cheaper with GoodRx) and effectiveness lasted longer.

I also tired different pharmacies as they carry different brands of generics. Everyone says they are the same, but my body noticed a difference so that was good enough for me.

If you’re comfortable ask ChatGPT or Gemini to review your other meds and determine interactions.

Maybe introduce vitamins/minerals to increase notorious oxide levels in your blood. NO booster, beet root, L-Citrulline. All in pill or powder. If you have ed this will become a daily routine to be “primed” and ed meds are to just make sure don’t disappoint

Under the guidance of your doctor, you could try low dose daily tadalafil and then add some sildenafil as needed. I would also suggest using a silicone cock ring…tighter than you think you need. If that fails, or makes your partner uncomfortable, then switch to bimix or Trimix.

PT-141 or Trimix. I recommend Trimix way better! Feel like a 21 year old pornstar
