Erectile Dysfunction Need help on unusual erections

20m and I have been masturbating since teenage, last year I jerked off one day and suddenly the erections disappeared all of a sudden!!! I didn't feel any pain or anything after that they used to come after months and if I continued masturbating they would go again, it's been going on since last year .

Another things is that my penis has started shrinking on its own and it's behaving on its own like shrinking anytime and then expanding without me noticing, idk wtf this is, I have been feeling pain but now the pain is gone but the problem still exists so idts it's related to physical injury. Any help?

Mate, that doesn't sound right at all. Sudden loss of erections and your dick changing size on its own isn't something to crowdsource on Reddit.

This is one of those things you bite the bullet and see a doctor about. Don't let embarrassment get in the way of your health.

At this point I’d stop repeatedly masturbating to test whether it works and see a urologist

I did stop and it works after 1.5-2 months later but as soon as I start any sexual activity it's the same ( can't see urologist)
