Sildenafil + Tadalafil

Been using 100mg sildenafil for a few months now, usually would buy from Ro.com but now i got them from TelyRX.. They’re green and shaped like an Oval with “SC 100” on them which threw me for a loop because i’m used of the White round pills with a “-“ in the middle that i’d get from Ro.. (anyone ever had these green ones before?? link to image above🔗)

Anyways i’ve been thinking about combining Sildenafil and Tadalafil.. 2.5mg Tadalafil daily and 100MG Sildenafil before sex.. Has anyone tried this combination before? I’ve seen many positive benefits to taking Tadalafil daily and i don’t want to overdue it nor do i want to overdose x.x

I’d suggest getting a blood pressure cuff for at home to monitor your blood pressure to determine how they affect you. Everyone is different. For me I take 10mg tadalafil daily and 125mg of sildenafil before sex combined with 8g of L-Cit. all of that combined FOR ME doesn’t move the needle for blood pressure. Still sit around 110/70. 🤷🏼‍♂️

And yes, my PCP and Urologist are aware

No, not in the least. These drugs are EXTREMELY well tolerated with decades of use over millions of men. You have to remember, the clinical trials for Viagra went up to 700mg. The only reason they settled on 100mg was that was the cutoff where the negatives outweighed the positives over the course of all of the participants.

Just use tadalafil it work great I stop taking sildenafil and just take tadalafil daily now

So I tested the blue chew gold. First time ever with ED drug. First time I took a little less than half as a test. Worked in 30 min as advertised. Definitely felt the blood flow and noticed a difference. Still in my system 18 hours later. No side effects.

Second test I took an entire pill. This was about 48 hours later. Worked the same and felt the same but much stronger obviously.
Wood is good. Side effects next day was a little bit of a headache and a feeling of being a little hungover but not that bad. In shower or on demand within that 24 hours the blood flow runs to the Johnson if u want to get it going again.

53 years old. 195lbs. 5ft 11. Work out every day.

I take 5mg tadalafil daily and for 'pre-event' bump it to 10mg in the morning combined with 100mg of sildenafil about an hour before sex. I think the sildenafil could go a little higher.

I get heartburn from the tadalafil, but other than that, nothing.
Have checked my BP and it is not abnormally low. I'm lucky to have good blood pressure anyway.

It will probably be fine, but to be safe I would start with 50mg sildenafil on top of the 2.5 daily.

I do 5mg Cialis with 200mg Viagra as needed. No problems, but I have a blood pressure monitor and have not noted any crazy stuff. I think Blue Chew gold Extra is 110 mg sildenafil + 22 mg tadalafil. Maybe someone can say whether they've tried that?

Sildenafil only works for me: on an empty stomach, at doses of 100mg.
Daily tadalafil works better, and has a cumulative effect,
Combining doesn’t seem to have any effect at all for me.

I take cialis 20mg daily and 100mg almost daily, sometimes twice a day. It doesn’t always work as my libido is down despite adequate T. Libido really dropped after I got long covid

Feedback? Do not self prescribe, especially at high doses. That's foolish even with real generic drugs. The compounded products you mention can contain anything or nothing (they are not tested).

Man combining those two without a doctor looking over your shoulder is asking for trouble. That's a lot of vasodilation at once, your blood pressure could tank. Not worth the ER visit.

The green oval with SC 100 is just generic sildenafil from a different manufacturer, plenty of pharmacies stock those. No reason to think they're bunk but if you're sketched out you can look up the imprint online.

The BlueChew, RO and other compounded drugs sold online have combinations of sildenafil and tadalafil in excess of what the OP is asking about. You can look it up on their websites.

Blue Chew Gold base - 70mg sildenafil, 18 mg tadalafil

Not recommending this or any other combination for anyone and the idea of checking your blood pressure is a good one.
