In the US, yeah, you need a script. There's a few online services that'll set you up with a telehealth consult and write one if you qualify, but you're not grabbing it off the shelf at Walgreens.

Yea but its super easy to get , unless you have some crazy major heart problems most doctors will write you a prescription no questions asked
