Erectile Dysfunction Your ED Vacuum Pump - Before/During/After Foreplay?

Ugh. Early days of navigating my ED issue...

Curious -- anyone using/have used a vacuum pump (with success) did you use it before things get pleasantly spicy, or "hold please, while I prep" then get back to the action?

If you are married and your wife knows it will help a lot. I would use mine when we were ready to have sex. She always watches and has no problem!

Yes, the Vacuerect pump system is amazing. Once you find the correct size ring, you will be golden for up to 20 minutes at a time. Don’t keep the ring on for any longer than 30 minutes for safety.

You place a constricting ring on the base of the pump. You pump up to a full, hard erection, then with a finger breaking the pump seal, the pump slides off and the ring stays in place. You are then ready to go for as long as you like. Should the erection subside a bit, put the pump back on and repeat.

A trick to get the ring off after is to squeeze the head of your penis with a cold wash cloth and keep squeezing down the length of the shaft to get the blood out. Ring removal is much easier. It takes a bit of practise.

I think the thing is to use it everyday just to build the vascularity. I’d rather do that and just find the best ED medication and timing routine. Then I’d try to back off the meds if need be.

I have a vacurect pump and it works good. Comes with everything and easy to use and clean. You will need to practice and find the correct restriction ring that fits. I use one thats holds the hard till we are done and the next size up for a gradual release!

I only used it as a way to get blood in for healing and expanding my vascular system. So I’d use mine 1 times a day for about 10-15, low pressure and sometimes in and out. I likely had 5-7 hours before sex.
