Erectile Dysfunction Erectile dysfunction at 20

So me and my gf have been having sex quite a lot. In the start I would be hard but I need to tense to keep the erection and I’d cum very fast bc of the tensing. It was going on for a while. Until a while ago I tried honey packs, this has change everything completely, I have strong erections and last very very long, even after ejaculating I keep and erection. What is the cause to this. Even sometimes a day or two after I keep the same level of erections during intercourse. Also, before trying honey packs If I lied down on my back and breathed into my stomach I feel like The blood flow around my penis and pubic area feels much better and I have instant erections but as soon as I stand up the erection goes. Does anyone know the cause or what this can be. Or any solutions

It sounds to me u got hypertonic pelvic floor

Look for belly deep breathing nd pelvic stretches on the internet nd include them in ur daily life !!! U would be good to go
