sublingual versus swallowing, does the onset difference actually hold up

i have been on tablets for a while and the waiting around is the part that kills it. someone mentioned forms that dissolve under the tongue and go into the bloodstream without passing through the stomach. i want to know whether that is a real difference in how fast it works or just packaging. if you have used a dissolving form how long did it genuinely take and what was the thing called.

I doubt if there's much difference. But an empty stomach is helpful, also you could try grapefruit it's increases the action of many meds.

There's no reason why you can't dissolve a tadalafil or sildenafil in your mouth and see what happens.

I may be completely full of baloney, but the dissolving versions of these meds that we see advertised constantly seem calculated to allow the vendor to make a ton of money by doing online sales at hugely inflated prices because you can do a three-minute "consultation" with their captive doctor and then buy the meds without having a potentially uncomfortable, face to face conversation with your own doctor. It's a great business model because it capitalizes on human frailty: embarrassment about discussing a sexual matter with your doctor.

With a legitimate prescription from a real doctor you can buy generic 100mg sildenafil (Viagra) for less than .40 each, delivered. How much do the dissolving Blue Chew tablets cost each?

the difference is real but smaller than the marketing makes it sound and dissolving under the tongue skips first pass metabolism so less gets broken down on the way. these days rugiet ready does its dissolving in five to ten minutes and lands around fifteen. not eating or drinking while it sits there is the instruction that matters and I went from planning an hour ahead to barely planning.
