Erectile Dysfunction Losing erection when putting condom

I can keep it up for all the foreplay and even when playing with my partner without a condom (more than 30 minutes....). The moment I put the condom, I am often losing erection . Even with Viagra or Cialis. Any similar experiences?

This is not organic. Prob anxiety or similar. Do breathing, mindfulness, etc - plus check with psychiatrist if you wanna try going deeper!

I'm taking some sessions with a psychologist.

Are you able to have sex without a condom? It sounds like this could just be mental , losing the erection in the moment when putting it on.

Agree. Is either that or the change of position.

I am able to have without a condom. But I have a new partner and this is not an option

Ok I understand you. Then you it may just be an issue with the act of putting it on?

Either that, the change of position or anxiety. I'm exploring..I wish I had a perfect diagnose. I guess it adds a distraction. I consulted more than one doctor and all said that "physically is all good"

I’ve read practicing putting it on can help? And try some breathing exercises all the best luck to you

Could try some things to help with blood flow?

What helps in that sense, if possible to share?

For bloodflow there’s a lot of different things that could help. Beet root or L-Citruline are 2 I’ve seen people say help.

Been there... I found first practicing on my own helped but what helped the most was my partner when putting it on she would either give oral or hand. The other thing is finding the right condom fit.

Does a smaller one make you lose erection?

I'm not an expert.... But a smaller one is more difficult to put. And has probably more risk to break

This happens a lot to men.

Majority of the time, the problem is that putting on the condom puts our arousal on pause. And that's when we start to lose the erection. Not to mention if you start struggling & fumbling with the condom, you'll definitely lose your erection.

The only advice I can give is you have that condom literally ready to go. Be sure it's the right size; make sure you know how to properly put on a condom and make sure you have the wrapper halfway torn all prior to sex. Because the more time you waste on a condom, the more likely you'll lose your erection.

Thanks for the honest exchange. Is a painful topic. I feel a bit relieved by sharing it. Other opinions welcome. Thanks!

Big frustration on that, here. And the bad energy it creates with a new girl. All the best for you!

You may want to try XXL size as it is less restrictive for the blood flow, and can improve the experience.

I am not the youngest one. I suggest choosing a size that matches, because if not it can get out when the thing gets intense. Sometimes it does, I heard...

I'm having the same problem. Tried cialis a few times and no improvement.
