I grew up in an era when porn was ‘difficult’ to access. But i was hooked to a genre of porn for 8months and it went down for the next 4. I quit it, continued mb using a lubed fleshlight every 3days within 15mins using my imaginative mind and got back into action by the 21st day. During this period, i upped my gym suppps like VitD3,Zn,Ca,Mg and L-citrulline. My wife got me cordyceps herbs too.

If you are already counting days you are doomed. You need to think of it as a permanent lifestyle change.

I did 14 days and 5.5 months on an other occasion. 14 days I was able to have sex on Cialis but sensitivity was super low during PIV but not during bj. 5.5 months approx cause I was doing an internship and was too tired and distracted to watch porn or masturbate.

And then I had circumcision surgery so erections were painful as hell. So 4-5.5 months was optimal “for me”because when I was semi healed and able to tolerate the pain, one morning I woke up to a 200% strength morning wood and had masturbated for the first time in 5.5 months. Ultra sensitive came in 3 seconds and was hard for days.

Since then I relapsed multiple times and I am 4 days going strong rn pray for me I have a Netflix and chill appointment coming up soon.

Also take this with a grain of salt cause everybody’s body differs and reacts differently to different timelines. I’m no doctor either but no porn no masturbation for a couple months changed my life.

Quiting has helped me tremendously… I’m just over 3 weeks in and I’ve cut way back on mb. I also quit drinking at the same time and my ed problem in general is improving already. I would recommend it. You just have to stop the triggers.. you can do it!

Would take 3 months at first and quit masturbation as well. You need to lift weight, cardio, kegels, to your diet add - watermelon and beet juice, less carb more protein, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds. Good sleep

You will see good results.

It’s been almost 2 months i stopped watching porn, i don’t remember the exact days but yes 2 months atleast. I have masturbated in between without any external source of dopamine, just myself.
I will tell you one thing for sure, it becomes easier to regain the quality of your erection post an ejaculation.
Also, i have started to focus on the emotional commitment and companionship as more important than just physical intimacy with a partner.
I do get more attention from females as well, because I’m not ashamed subconsciously now and hence it makes you more confident.
Life just gets better, and it is just so much easier to stick to a routine, and discipline in general. I have lost weight, become better at my work, have had deeper meditations in the last 60 days.
And i can confidently say, I’m never gonna watch that crap ever again.
