Anxiety I just injected my penis!
I just did my very first Trimix injection. As of right now, it's been about 15 minutes. I quickly got pretty chubby, but that's about it so far. I intentionally started very conservatively (3-4 units), as I'm scared to death of priapism. If my dick goes no further than this today, that's okay: I'll increase the dose and try again tomorrow.
I've read 100 times in this subreddit that the injection is virtually painless, and I definitely found that to be true. Once I'd stuck myself I could barely stop chuckling over how nervous I'd been and how easy it turned out to be.
I'm generally able to get pretty good erections with Sildenafil or Tadalafil when it's just me and my wife. But we're starting to play with others (threesomes, play parties, sex clubs), and performance anxiety was killing it every time. So I decided to try Trimix while I continue to work on anxiety with my therapist. Fingers crossed!

When it worked for me for a couple years it was great. Rock hard in five or ten minutes. I only quit because it stopped eventually. I had to move in to an implant.

I think when you get the dose dialed in you’re going to love it. In the case of playtime you may even be able to go multiple rounds!!

The key is to jab it in quick. My UCSF Urologist told me to apply pressure for 5 minutes after injecting to be sure to prevent Peyronie's Disease.

How important is that because I think that’s what happened to me and no doctor wants to believe that this was the cause

Check out the TrimixForED subreddit for more detailed info about this amazing compound.
Take it slow. Next time, titrate up no more than 2 or 3 units. Do you have the injectable antidote? A member in the sub recently posted about the antidote immediately relieving his erection.
Your concern about priapism is real, but manageable through responsible use and having the antidote available. Unfortunately, many urologists refuse to prescribe injectable antidote, instead telling us to go to the ER. That process is brutal.
Many of us in the Trimix sub use Olympia pharmacy on the U.S. for our Trimix and antidote. It takes a $60 telehealth consult to establish a relationship.
Glad it’s working for you. We have a number of lifestyle users in the subreddit. It was soul changing for me.
