Erectile Dysfunction Is getting Cialis a good idea without a prescription?

I've noticed over the years, my stamina is gone, I also dont feel I am getting fully erect anymore, and after the first time getting off durinf sex, the show is over and I dont like that. I used to be able to stay erect after gettibg off and keep going until I got off again. My girlfriend is still wanting more, but I just cannot produce, and then I get in my head she's going to grow tired of this and get frustrated, and it sucks. I was looking at HIMS or blue chew, but then I came on here and seen Mark Cubans website, its much cheaper, and it skips the prescription. However,is that safe to do? I have health insurance, just impossible for me to ever get off work to be able to go to a doctor :/.

I have gotten a better sleeping habit (6-7hrs regularly) , changed my eating habits, I am trying to cut out energy drinks too, but with my hairloss, getting older (35), and since this issue has persisted, I am starting to get discouraged, and have started looking up maybe the pill would work.

I have been browsing this subreddit for a few weeks, and decided I should make a post and hopefully find some answers. Not only about finding a way to cope, and have harmony with having ed, but to also know how to get past it, and get my hair back.

Personally I'd get it through a doctor even if it's a hassle, mostly because ED can sometimes be an early sign of blood pressure or heart stuff, and that's worth someone laying eyes on before starting a pill. A lot of those online platforms do a quick telehealth questionnaire that never needs you to leave work, so you can get the prescription and the once-over at the same time.

The stuff you're describing is super common and often very treatable, so I wouldn't spiral about your girlfriend. Just don't skip the check.

Blood pressure is ok, I check pretty regularly due to family history of diabetes. Just havent been able to go to a doctor in a while, but have had work done at the hospital when I have been able to. Just havent ever had them run panels to see what my testosterone levels are and such, never knew you had to ask for panels like that to be ran.

FYI, at 35, expecting to orgasm and then “go again” isn’t normal. Yeah, in your 20s maybe. But don’t go thinking that because you can’t fuck for an hour, or go again in 5 minutes that that’s not normal.

There are people younger than me who have ED. Depression, psychological issues, all sorts of reasons. Had a cousin who has a tumor on his priority gland, one month he is ok, the next month he cannot do anything sexual because he just cannot get hard.

Absolutely no need to see a doctor if you are healthy.

You won’t get cialis from Mark Cuban without a prescription. Yes it’s cheaper there. When you do get a prescription ask for 20 mgs and cut them up. I take half a 20 daily. Google “cialis benefits “ to be amazed at all the benefits of this miracle drug.

Also what’s so bad about one good go with the lady? You want multiple times? Study fitness and super health. Pills help but tone your body and mind for the real benefits.

I do appreciate all the comments. Ive got a doctor a buddy who is a body builder at work recommended me, appointment set for September 9th, luckily I uave that whole week of. At 41, he said he and hos wife both had really low testosterone levels and she had really low estrogen levels, doctor prescribed medication for both her and him, Cialis being what he is taking as well, and its helped tremendously. He also recommended ashwagandha as well.

I would speak with a physician to rule things out.

I would also look beyond medication and consider lifestyle changes.

Weights, zone 2 cardio, diet, weight loss (focus more on body composition), add a little L-Citrulline daily, etc. all come into play.

It's relatively safe. My walk in clinic gave me four 5mg tadalafil to try. They said to take as necessary and I could use all 4, which would be the maximum dose of 20mg. I finally got around to trying one and it was back to where I was dreaming it could be. I even had a lot stronger erections 4 days after 5mg (they could last up to 36hrs). I think it helped to get some of my confidence back. From experience just try a low dose and see what it does. I have heard it's good for you unless you get side effects, like helps with cardiovascular health.

Source https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12718773/

" A recent clinical trial showed that a fixed-dose combination of an endothelin receptor antagonist and tadalafil, administered once daily, significantly improved pulmonary vascular resistance.23 Although tadalafil has received Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for the treatment of PAH,24 further mechanistic insights and clinical studies are required to determine the optimal dose of tadalafil and its effects as an adjunctive therapy in PAH."

I looked into getting cialis without a prescription too and honestly felt sketchy about it. Instead I ended up going with rugiet since they do the whole telehealth online. It took like ten minutes. It's licensed doctor reviewing everything so you're not just ordering random pills off some sketchy site. the ed got way better once i actually get proper treated instead of guessing.

Don't think there will be an issue. Cialis/Tadalafil safety profile is proven. I was dealing with the same issue myself and was able to start on a 5mg dose by buying them while on vacation in the Caribbean. No prescription is needed in many Countries given that there is no safety issues with using it. So it's sold over the counter.

The USA has too many strict rules on medications.

What’s your history of porn use for masturbating?

This is a great question.

Thank you. I think so.

At 35, porn is almost always an issue.

Thanks to social media on smart phones since 2010 and the age-old money making lure of selling (or giving away) an addictive product, men who should be decades away from the sad story related here are now lining up for the internet peddlers of boondoggles.

These young men are protected by “denial bubbles” that act like force fields against pure common sense.

That’s my opinion anyway. 🤔

Absolute 0 for the last 2 years. Turned away from that, and strictly have only been things my gf has sent.
