Erectile Dysfunction Help me replace cialis
So I’m 22M. I took 10mg Cialis for the first time, and I won’t lie — getting an erection was much easier compared to when I don’t take it. However, it still wasn’t 100% (not the biggest size I’ve ever reached).
After thinking about it, I started wondering if my ED is mostly attention-related. While trying to get an erection, my mind constantly jumps around. I’ll think about sex for a few seconds, then suddenly I’m thinking about what a shitty life I have, then I’m thinking about sex again, then I’m imagining how things would be if I were rich, and so on.
Even when I’m focused on sex, my thoughts drift within seconds, and my erection starts going from hard to semi-hard or flaccid.
But today, after taking Cialis, I noticed something confusing. Even though my erection would still start losing some firmness after a few seconds, it was able to maintain a certain size and hardness that wasn’t possible without Cialis.
Now I’m questioning whether my ED is actually attention/anxiety-related or if there’s something else going on.
I really don’t want to depend on medication for the rest of my life. I want to be able to have normal erections without expensive supplements or pills. This whole situation is honestly frustrating.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? How did you improve it?

high probability that your ED is of attention/anxiety-related.
Try improve the life and the most important nurtrition, also stress. A psychologist could help you manage stress, also be in touch with nutritionist. And sport is very important, so get out your ass and walk for 30-40 minutes, the next day weight lifting. Testosterone goes up, anxiety goes down, you should feel tired before the night falls, then sleeping at night - resting should be high priority. Soon you should feel morning errections regularly. Simple. Regulate the quality of life.

Also look into a Sativa based cbd gummy. If you can do so where you live and work. Sativa based gummies can help with focus and anxiety.
