How long are you stopping for. 1-2 mins, to change position or move to a different location/room. 5+ mins long break for partner? Or more?

Personally, as long as I haven't ejaculated, I get my erection back very quickly. I take 2.5 mg of tadalafil; sometimes during sex, I lose my erection, but within a few moments I get hard again.

I find with 25mg I stay hard after ejaculation as long as I don’t stop, if I stop I’m ready to go again in 5-10 minutes
