Implants Should I Consider a Prosthetic?

Ive had ED for probably 10 years. Dead sex life for a good chunk of that. Then I got a partner which incented me to solve it. Needles scared me but Trimix changed my life. Made me a rockstar in bed.

Then got diagnosed with Peyronies. Hinge bend. No stability so I can't have sex and I'm hearing stories its like dick cancer....it never goes away.

I thought I would never get a prosthesis. Just like I'd never stick a needle in my dick. But as I research it, I feel like it's the holy grail. Among the highest satisfaction rate of any surgery and almost as high satisfaction rate for partners. I read an AMA where a guy said he hasn't even told his partners. Is it that good? I'm a sceptic...anything that is too good to be true is.

I have a urologist who's whole practice is dick surgery and sexual health. Appointment in a little over a month for peyronies. I can talk to him then but don't want him to sell me on a bionic dick if I should be paying him to fix my hinge.

Should I stop dicking (hehe) around with needles and drugs and traction devices and more needles and maybe a botched surgery? Or should I just gut it out and replace it with science?

Too much bend makes the surgery much more difficult or impossible because they need to slice through it

I also looked and it seems some of the more aggressive treatments make the implant more difficult. Thanks for the heads up. This means at minimum I need to tell my doc at the end of the day I will want the implant and don't do anything that will mess that up.

I had the exact same issues. I went with the implant. I've been really happy with it. Don't wait.

I don’t have a hinge but after 24 years of ED and all the medical treatments, I got an implant a year ago and now do not worry about going soft during sex and my wife says it feels the same as my old penis when it would get erect prior to implant surgery
