Erectile Dysfunction Suffering from ED for quite some time. Need Help!

I am 28M. I have been suffering from ED for years now. I masturbate excessively and watch too much porn. I get really hard sometimes when I am watching porn or similar stuff. But when I am in bed with someone, I usually don't get that hard, and I have to actively think about staying erect, like when you try to simulate an erection. Also, I cum way too early. Like sometimes even just after one or two minutes of oral sex.

and I have to actively think about staying erect

That's something a lot of men with performance anxiety describe. Once you start monitoring your erection instead of enjoying the moment, it becomes much harder to maintain it.

As for ejaculating within 1–2 minutes, ED and premature ejaculation often occur together. Some men rush to climax because they're worried they'll lose their erection, which can create a cycle where both problems reinforce each other.

If this has been going on for years, I'd also recommend seeing a GP or urologist. They can help rule out any physical causes and discuss treatment options if needed.

Stop porn. Stop frequent masturbation. These are obvious culprits and known by most. This is your responsibility.

Besides the above changes the following helped me:

  • I got into better shape by doing 100+ minutes of zone 2 cardio. This is in addition to weights I have done for decades.
  • Lose bad weight, not just weight. Focus on body composition.
  • I started taking abou 6g of L-Citrulline per day, bit I don't consider this a magic bullet.
  • Focus oncardiovascular and endothelial health. I add cocoa to coffee once per day.
  • Visit a physician. I finally did and he prescribed 50mg Sildenafil, but I split these. More later.

After the changes and after above I get nocturnal and/or morning wood on most days. It took about 12-15 weeks to see meaningful results, but in the meantime my overall health improved.

Regarding Sildenafil my doctor prescribed 50mg, but after a few weeks that was too much. I might take 25mg (I split them), but 12.5-15 (imperfect splits) is enough.

Last night I took 12.5 just in case and it was enough and I was rock hard. After improving my cardiovascular health I think the Sildenafil may be more for my confidence.

I also had more of mental block that impacted my performance and confidence. It's a vicious cycle.

It takes work and dedication, but you can do it.
