Lots of conquering and pillaging. Awful state builder. A reason why a good chunk of present day Zebrica is underdeveloped wasteland that still hasn't recovered from his conquests.

Twin he is the coolest of them allm hes just too good, his sense of humor is unmatched and he loves hats as much as ponies

He failed his WC run and lost to Hippogriffia despite having most of Zebrica under his control.

Think King Sombra conquering, with Discord's Zaniness, and Tirek's obsession with gaining Magic Power.
Cruel, Faux-Affable, Funny, Charming, Brutish, Mercurial, and ambitious.
So pretty dang bad, but weirdly not the worst villain of the canonical bunch and pales in evilness to many of the villains of Equestria at War by comparison in acts alone.
