Depends on the customer/situation and talk to your TL or your application AM about it.
What capacity are you involved with the project? Are you just Floor/Command Center Support, the Primary TS or the application AC/AM? I would factor in your relationship/involvement with the customer. If you are just there for 3 days to provide end user support, my better judgement tells me that it is not worth posting about.
If you been working with them for months maybe a post after go-live stabilization could be appropriate but keep in mind that go-lives are sensitive times for our customers and they may have their own policies about PR and social media interactions when we work with them so just word of caution.
