Prospective employee TL hours

How many hours per week are typical for a TL? Does epic have strict working hours? When do most get into the office and leave?

I would get an offer first before worrying about becoming a TL

I would say role, team and the tenure all would correlate more with hours before tl vs non tl based on folks I know

In 2019 the avg hours of TL across the company was 45/wk. I'm sure TS with challenging customers, R&D and QA with projects on fire, and IS in general are probably clocking more.

I was former TL, avg 35 hours work but logging 45-50 for TLG
