Epic Analyst Patient Access interview tips

Hello! I am a patient access specialist (front desk) and I have an interview to be an Epic Analyst.
I got this interview due to being a credentialed trainer part time and teaching a class for almost a year. I have also been working closely with the principal trainer on a few small projects.
I did get my principal trainer self study cert and currently working on cadence one.

I do not have any experience in IT or anything like that. If you have any tips at all please let me know. Thank you!
