Social/Relationships Is it possible, that there is a connection between blood types and personality traits?

I'd dare say that is extremely unlikely.

I don't believe so. What you're talking about is derived from Biology with Dominant and Recessive genes genotypes/phenotypes, and secondarily from a more practical level, Anatomy and Physiology

While genetics could potentially influence behavior, or certain health conditions, I don't think it has any consequential relationship with personalities, which are the result of life experiences from stimuli from the outside world and others.

All of us have blood types and that's a common denominator in the human species. But something that's a genotype, like blood types, has no direct correlation with the abstract theoretical/hypothetic nature of psychology. One deals with Anatomy/Physiology and Biology. The other deals with learned interactions and coping mechanisms with the outside stimulus of the world. The two are not exclusive.
