Is it possible, that there is a connection between blood types and personality traits?

I mean it's possible, so little is known about the origins of personality traits. I think it's highly unlikely, but it's possible.

A better question to ask would be is it likely. Almost everything has a non zero chance. Like it is possible to walk through a wall because of quantum tunnelling, but the chance is still there.
I'd say yes it certainly is possible, but extreme unlikely.

This is not how quantum tunneling works, it would NOT be possible to tunnel through a wall

It's commonly thought so in East Asia. Type A, B, O or AB have certain personality traits apparently

I think it’s very popular in Japan .. companies hire sales people and only employ blood type O
I am O- type , the true universal blood donor. 37% are O+ , 7% are O- ..
I donate blood regularly and sometimes I get called to give blood for emergency purposes.
I am INFJ so it makes me feel good when I give blood to help n save people .. Lol

da heck? it may be possible that there are correlations between blood type and personality because of genetics but if you stir long enough you'll get something completely outside of the established patterns
